Imposter Syndrome, the feeling that you’re probably not good enough for this and that soon you’ll be found out, is far more widespread than people realise. It’s a very common experience for many women in positions of leadership or in any leadership role. It can lead to high levels of anxiety or stress if not managed effectively. Fortunately, there are ways of Overcoming Imposter Syndrome.

The sources of Imposter feelings can be different for each of us but there are many typical types. Often we have lived with these feelings for years, possibly even decades. Anxiety, insecurity, uncertainty. Are we good enough or are they just being nice to us? These feelings often feel such an ingrained part of who we are and how we show up that we seriously doubt whether we will ever be able to change. It would be so nice to be able to make our contribution without constantly criticising ourselves.

Overcoming Imposter Syndrome will show you how to make this a reality. In this four module online programme you will find the solutions you seek.
